In today’s society, having safe sex is critically important in order to avoid sexually transmitted diseases and unwanted pregnancy. That much is clear.
But why nonlubricated condoms?
There are four main reasons why you should use nonlubricated condoms:
- Allergies and Irritations Many people have allergies to the lubricants on standard condoms. If you develop skin rashes or soreness after a great night of lubricated-condom sex, you should explore the wonderful world of nonlubricated condoms.
- Condom lubricant is cheap – Add your own instead! Along the same lines as above, condoms use low-grade lubricant that smells bad and tends to get dried out. You may not be allergic, but you aren’t getting the highest quality stuff and can still get irritated. With nonlubricated condoms, you can add your own high-quality lube! We prefer Astroglide Personal Lubricant or Wet Platinum Silicone Lubricant (our favorite review: “You could park a Cadillac in a doghouse with this stuff”!)
- If you’re studs like we are, she don’t need no lube! Don’t have her wet, hot, and ready yet? Then maybe it’s time you started working on your foreplay abilities and got her in the mood. If it’s your first time of the night and you can’t get it in, then you have some more groundwork to do.
- And finally, because sometimes… she deserves it!
Yes, the last reason is a joke (the second-to-last isn’t), and it’s the joke that this site is based off of. We mean no disrespect to 99% of women out there, but hey, sometimes… she deserves it
